Logging method options no longer available?

We’re noticing that users on the same network are not able to vote on the same poll. We upgraded the plugin a while back. However there used to be an area where you could change the logging method for the polls. I’m no longer seeing a place to change the logging method.

*Currently the options we see are*
* Manage Polls
* Add Poll
* Un-install WP-Polls

Previously we could change logging options by IP address, Cookie or by IP and Cookie.

I can’t find an area in any of these options that allows me to change the logging method. Is there a way we can change the logging method any longer? Thanks.
