 * Hi, I am trying to access my website and it is giving me errors that
 * ERROR: The password you entered for the username admin is incorrect. Lost your
   password?
 * When asked to retrieve a new password I get email stating the following, but 
   no link to reset.
 * Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: [http://tpitropicalescapes.ca/](http://tpitropicalescapes.ca/)
   Username: admin If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will
   happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:
 * Please advise how to reset as I entered the correct user/password to begin with.

 * I have a Lamoon – Responsive WordPress Theme and I log in thru the word press
   associated with it. so I am not sure how to change it.
    can you point me in the
   right direction for this. thanks

 * You’ll need to have access to your site files on the server or to your database
   via PHP MyAdmin – so ask your hosting company for help with that.
