• Every time I try to log into my admin account this error message comes up: ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress. I have checked and all cookies are enabled so that can’t be the problem. I also tried logging into my account on my friend’s laptop but the same message came up. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue. It would also be a big help if you created an account on my site and try to log in and tell me if the error message comes up for you also. My site is called http://www.cantchoose.co.uk by the way.

    Google Chrome.

Try switching to another browser and see what happens.

I tried on Firefox and the same thing happens.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
