    Why?
See I am saying that when I am resetting my password it is only applicable for mobile to use that and no other laptop can access that password and showing error when it is already opening in mobile.

No that can’t be the case. Remove any saved passwords from your laptop and try again with the correct password.

I have tried that but still not accessing in my laptop.
Can you not send me a link of new password I think that will open in both versions?

An educated guess: The problem is that you are using free hosting.
The limits for that particular free host is incredibly low – usually too low to be able to do any testing, or even to set up plugins.
Once the daily limit is reached, it gives all sorts of strange errors – including issues with passwords, but pretty much always related to logging in.

My advice is to find a better host. There are a number of low-cost hosts out there. They’re not free, but you won’t have those sorts of problems.

I should also add that WordPress.org only provides free software. Since your website is not hosted by WordPress.org, no one here can access your website, or send you any links.

No, when I am simply logging on laptop without any hosting even then it is not logging my real wordpress website on laptop and showing error.
Please provide me a generated link to reset password and for the hosting I will buy my hosting.

You cannot have a live WordPress website without hosting.
    000webhost is a host.
You need to find a different host.
Here are some hosts that specialize in WordPress: https://wordpress.org/hosting/
They are mostly American though, so you may want to look for something that is in your own country and supports your own language.

    You could also try https://wordpress.com
You should note, however, that you will be limited as to the themes you can choose and you will not be able to install plugins on their free plan.

@ifrahrizwan We cannot send you such a link.

You are confused here. We make the WordPress software, but we do not own or control your website. If you are running your website on WordPress, then you need to go to your website to login or reset a password for it.

WordPress is not like Facebook, it’s not a centrally controlled thing. So, we can’t send you such a link, since we don’t have such a link or even know where your website is. Your website is its own thing, with its own passwords. You have to go to it directly to reset the password on it. You cannot reset your passwords anywhere except on your own site itself.
