So, when the logged user try finish the shop the system show a bizarre message saying something like: “Inform your address to continue”.
And, from them, it is impossible to conclude the shop. Please, if any one colud help me, I you be glad.

  • Hello,

You’ll first want to do a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict – please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
