I’m not sure what you mean by “save to their account”?
When you are logged in and placing listings, the listing is associated to your WP username. That never changes unless the admin assigns it to someone else.
There’s a shortcode that allows users to see and manage all of their listings on the front end. Our shortcodes are documented here: http://docs.businessdirectoryplugin.com/misc/shortcodes.html
But if you mean “do we save the listing links in the WP profile?” the answer is no. Most folks are not a fan of the WP user profile page anyhow, so we’ve crafted the directory in response to that–keeping things on the front end where users don’t see “WP admin” stuff.
