Logged in user activity not triggering salesforce anymore

For users that are logged into LSA Global, their salesforce activity is no longer triggered.

For example, if a non-logged in user fills out the form at https://lsaglobal.com/whitepaper-download/5-new-lenses-change-leadership/ a salesforce trigger is activated and we get an email and a new salesforce record. This is working fine.

The same is supposed to happen if someone is already logged in to LSA Global. If they go to the same page: https://lsaglobal.com/whitepaper-download/5-new-lenses-change-leadership/, hey get redirected to the download page automatically (https://lsaglobal.com/rfiredirect-whitepaper/5-lenses-of-change-leadership/). This is still working. But then we do not get the associated email or new salesforce record anymore. So this part is not working anymore.
