    Hi,

I got myself into some trouble. I have been trying to create a sub-domain for my website (stadachti.nl), which got registered, but dd not work properly: http://urbanclimate.stadachtig.nl/wp-admin/

After the ‘new site’ (urbanclimate.stadachtig.nl) got registered, I received an e-mail with log in details (name and password) and logged in. I received then a page with a message:

You attempted to access the “stadachtig” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the “stadachtig” dashboard, please contact your network administrator.

If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one of your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way.
    Your Sites
Urban Climate Visit Dashboard | View Site

But since urbanclimate.stadachtig.nl is not working properly (and I really don’t know how to fix this – maybe someone would be able to help?), I cannot log out, or log in.

    Hope this sounds clear.

Looking forward to hear from you!

    http://urbanclimate.stadachtig.nl/ shows ‘test’

At a guess, it’s not pointing to the folder where http://stadachtig.nl/ is installed, but to it’s own folder.

    Hi Mika,
thanks for your responce! For an update, problems with logging in are solved, I can access my stadachti.nl/wp-admin dashboard.

But with the urbanclimate folder, I have created one in the public_html folder, as read in several guides.

I just don’t know how to make it (urbanclimate.stadachti.nl) work as a 2nd blog. Could you give me a tip, or a reference to a site which will help me?

    Thanks a lot!

    V.

    Noooo what guides said this!?

Delete the urbanclimate folder, remove the subdomain from your server. (Leave WP alone for now).

What sort of control panel does your host have? cpanel? Plesk? Something home grown?
