Log lists deleted items that still exist

Is it possible that another function in WordPress could be listed as a ‘deleted’ action in the activity log? I am using the plugin in conjunction with the “Download Monitor” plugin, and I am seeing downloads that I did not delete listed as ‘deleted’. I can confirm they are still on the site. The Author is listed as N/A and the IP listed is the IP of the site.
