"Log In" translate in top menu bar

    Hello,

    I just wonder how can I translate “Log In” in top menu bar…?

    I’ve tried to search in languages folder but only italian Po and Mo in it.

    I’ve also tried to translate it in functions.php file but whole page was blank after it.

    Our site is this.

    Could you help me, please?
