Log in to WP site, but not through second party | WordPress.org

I was trying to install plugins, and could not use my regular password. I have an old WP site, and tried to use that password and failed once more. But, went back and logged in just fine to my site BigMindLooseBolts.com

I am not to bright with this stuff, so explain gently:)

What is the question? Are you able to login?

Yes. I can log-in to my WP site, however when logging in to download a plugin I cannot get in for the transaction to take place.

Are you logging in with an admin account? You can try switching to Twenty Sixteen theme to see if that solves the problem. If it does, then the issue is theme related and you should request support here http://themeforest.net/item/shiroi-hana-an-elegant-blogging-theme/9722726/comments

I do not know much about changing themes. I paid for this one, and the little material in the site now cost a ton of expletives.
