Log in to website as a reward doesn’t activate

    Hi,

    I am able to create an automatic points reward where a user gets points for logging into the website.

    When: Log into website > 1 times > Unlimited >
    Earn: 2 points > 0 (no maximum) times

    However, when I save this it reverts back to being greyed out. I can’t get it to activate. Is there a reason for this?

    Actually, the points awards, deducts, steps and rank requirements screens are working correctly for me, so the most probable is that this issue comes from a conflict with another plugin or your theme

    Have you tried to perform a theme and plugins conflict test?

    I wonder if it could be because I have a different login page to WP’s default one? Is it possible to define the login page of a specific URL?

    This issues is not related to a custom login page

    The issue comes that, from a conflict caused by another plugin, our dropdown doesn’t works correctly and for that when you save and refresh the page, the event you choose changes to the default one (register to the site)
