# Log in Problems

 * I am helping with a WordPress site, but suddenly we can not log in to backend.
   You can see the errors, and when I try to log in it also say I should enable 
   cookies. But cookies are enabled.
 * We really do not know what to do. Can anyone help?

 * And also I can see the WP login window, try to clear your cache , at least you
   could see login screen with above warnings.

 * Thank you for writing back. I am not sure about the read and write. I can only
   access these files from FileZilla. What files is it?

 * You can give Read and Write access to the given warning file through filezilla
   or any other FTP client.

 * Are you install any login add-on plugins like FB login just like that
 * If not just try that
 * Error Related to Plugin or Theme Conflict
    This may be a plugin or theme conflict.
   Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes.
   If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your
   troubles. If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
