 * I cannot log into my webpage – wwww.lostorwandering.com. It will not display 
   my dashboard and when I try logging into the wp-admin webpage, it will not recognize
   my username OR my email address. What the heck is going on? Why can’t I get into
   my page?

   what do I need to do once I get to it?

 * Within cPanel (assuming you have access to that?) you can select phpMyAdmin, 
   log into that and thus access your database. From there you can go through your
   wp_users table and reset your password for your user account.
 * If all that seems like Greek to you, I’d contact your web host for assistance.

 * totally Greek. the guy from wordpress.com said my site was self-hosted so what
   does that mean? who would my web host be then?

   easier if you keep your issue to your thread rather than posting across the forums.(
   It also helps the other posters keep their own threads in order so they can receive
   assistance. Remember, we’re all volunteers here so sometimes things take time
   to get replied to!)
 * However, in reading what you posted in another thread, I would guess your web
   host is Bluehost. Contact their support for help getting into your cPanel/phpMyAdmin/
   etc.

 * If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their 
   official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community,
   and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people
   to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income
   they need to make WordPress awesome.
    Forum volunteers are also not given access
   to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin
   is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you 
   to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting
   their commercial product.
