# Log-in Error Mesage

 * The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin
   email inbox for instructions.
 * This is the error message I get when I try to access our Admin portal.
 * We are hosted through Google Cloud Platform, and I have no idea how to access
   the files for the site. I am used to using cPanel from hostgator but this organization
   chose a different platform altogether.
 * Any help on how to access the admin portal again would be appreciated.

 * Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t
   find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/

 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of 
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to [deactivate plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).

 * Thanks for the input, but I do not know how to find these files on Google Cloud
   Platform to be able to revise the code to enable debugging or disable plug-ins.
