Are you using multisite, by chance?
Can you verify if that string is in the plugin’s POT file?
I checked in the .po file and I found these lines –
#: modules/custom-passwords/custom-passwords.php:73
#: templates/profile-form.php:174
msgid “Confirm Password”
msgstr “אשר סיסמה”
Which does not actually translate unfortunately.
Thanks
Is it not translated on the register form, the profile form, or neither?
Only the registration form.
How do you suggest to proceed?
If we will not be able to solve this I’m afraid that I will have to cancel my bundle purchase, as this is a major hurt in the UX. It just doesn’t look professional that everything is translated except one string.
Thanks
Bundle purchase? According to your PO file, you are using 6.4.x…
I made a bundle purchase. The core plugin is free of course.
You and I exchange mails for the past few days, it’s shakarum@gmail.com
According to my wordpress admin I’m using TML version 7.0.11…
In that case, your translation files are out of date. Furthermore, you should be using our commercial support channel.
There is no commercial support channel for the core plugin. It asks me for a license key which does not exist for the core plugin, because it’s free. That’s why I’m writing in this forum.
Where do I get the commercial version for the core plugin?
There is no commercial version of the core plugin. But because you have purchased extensions, under normal circumstances, you would get faster help that way.
Are you translating to Hebrew?
So, I did some testing, and this occurs for me as well – only when attempting to translate to Hebrew. It’s very odd. I installed both Dutch and German, and both of those allow me to translate that string.
