 * Hello, I am trying to use loco translate, but it doesn’t translate.
    In the comments
   is written [@qode](https://wordpress.org/support/users/qode/), so I think it 
   might not be possible. I do want to translate some words, so what do I do then?
   The river child theme is what I am using. Thank you

   character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

 * Thank you for the answer.
    I already saw it in the faqs, but it doesn’t resolve
   the problem. River is the theme I use, but they cannot support me anymore. Hope
   you can help me.

    Now I get
   this: Empty PO data And how do I provide a download link to the theme source 
   code? as you asked me to do? Thanks for now.

 * Are you saying you get the Empty PO data in version 2.0?
 * How you provide access to your theme source code is down to you. Open source 
   themes are all found here: [https://wordpress.org/themes/](https://wordpress.org/themes/)
   There is no support for paid-for themes.

 * I’ve identified a bug in version 2.0 that produces “Empty PO data” due to “magic
   quotes”. Looking into a fix now. Thanks.

 * Thank you! This has been fixed, I don’t get that anymore.
    But I still don’t 
   see my translation, so I think it has to do with my ignorance.
