    Locks the checkout page, does not scroll the page.
    the plugin looks good but has this problem.
    that’s why I rate it with two stars.

    @vagnerdantas – This sounds like you may have enabled specific setting combination to create that effect, or its possible that a previously existing JavaScript issue on that page is causing the popup to not fully open.

    The settings in question would be using Fixed Position with an overlay.

    If you want it to hover over the page as they scroll the page, use fixed position with the overlay disabled. That will allow the page to scroll normally.
