# Lockout problems

 * Hello! I´ve deinfected this website and after cleaning it all, Wordfence started
   to block me when i want to loggout>
 * “Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in
   a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)
    If you think you have been blocked in
   error, contact the owner of this site for assistance.”
 * I´ve been cleaning other infected pages in the same server and did not have this
   problem.
    I tried to solve it adding my IP to the whitelist and also following

 * But the problem persists 🙁

    Thanks for your fast reply!
 * I adjusted the Rate limiting settings (loosen them) and the same thing is happening,
   cannot loggout..
    Shall I remove Wordfence Data and tables with the assistant?

 * Yes, completely resetting Wordfence would be a good place to troubleshoot as 
   well. Can you please try doing this and let me know if it helps?

 * Hello! I used the assistant to clear all the data and tables and it worked!
