Locked out while using iTheme Security

    Every time I log in to administer one of my sites, I am ok for a while, then – usually when changing tabs or sections within iThemes Security – I get locked out.

    I have iThemes Security and Wordfence active on several sites, but this is mostly happening on one. Using theme Frisco, with a child theme.

    I’ve tried to add myself to the whitelist, but my isp changes my ip address all the time.

    Any suggestions?
