locked out of WP site after Upgrade

    I just upgraded to the new WP yesterday, now when i log in i get the links to all of the admin at the top of the screen but i cannot go to the locations the links specify, i get a fatal error:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 76283904) (tried to allocate 6328129 bytes) in /homepages/4/d148970593/htdocs/CIM/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1092

    i went to the wp-includes/wp-db.php file and on line 1092 it reads:

    return mysqli_real_escape_string( $this->dbh, $string );

    i have no idea what to do next any help will be most welcome , I see alot of people are having similar problems, perhaps with the BILLIE upgrade.

    Hello,

    In that case, your only option is to copy all that and ask your hosting provider. Most are friendly, in addition it’s not your fault.

    Just ask support with this data, as long as you justify like this, no good host will refuse to help.

    I contacted it support for my host company, maybe they can help.
    ps, the system is backed up almost every day, how could i institute a back from the admin if i cannot get in to the admin?
