LOCKED OUT OF MY WORDPRESS SITE

Someone tampetred with my wordpress hosted domain (sub-domains actually). The admin accounts has somehow been denied administrative privileges beyond logging in on the back-end. This has affected both http://poetry.wrr.ng/wp-admin and http://college.wrr.ng/wp-admin. I contacted my host WhoGoHost and they failed to recover the administrator function even after deleting all user accounts and creating a new account. It got worse.
As I type this, I have no admin functions again. So I need your help.
Help me recover admin functions for all the affected domains and advise me on how to secure the website.

Also, the hacker deleted my old wordpress account @wordsrhymesandrhythm which I have had for many years when I started using a .wordpress blog. I had to create a new account today.

The Exploit Scanner plugin can help detect damage so that it can be cleaned up. Here is an another online scanner to check for exploits and malware: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/. Other things you should do:
- Change passwords for all users, especially Administrators and Editors.
- If you upload files to your site via FTP, change your FTP password.
- Re-install the latest version of WordPress.
- Make sure all of your plugins and themes are up-to-date.
- Update your security keys.
- See FAQ My Site Was Hacked.
– Just cleaning out files isn’t enough. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Thank you t-p, unfortunately, I cannot install plugins or the new WordPress anymore, since I dont have admin functions on my user account. Is there a way I can do this on the c-panel without having to login to WordPress and still retain all my content?
