    Hello, I have just tried to access my salon panel on my website, when I put the login details in it says wrong details and now has locked me out

    Would you please provide support and direction as to why this is. I was going to upgrade to the premium version but I need to address these issues.

    I have also updated my browser to google chrome if this helps.

    Hi @andy380,

    To regain access, can you login to your website’s FTP and rename the folder wp-content/plugins/wordfence to wp-content/plugins/wordfence-old?

    Once you’ve regain access, you can reinstall Wordfence, and then go into Wordfence -> Tools -> Live Traffic, to see why you were blocked.

    I believe it is because the brute force rules were too aggressive in blocking failed logins.
