    you can try to deactivate the security plugin by editing your database:
    In your database, access the “wp_options” table, there you will find a line that has the “option_name” = “active_plugins” you can edit this line to deactivate any/all plugins you want.
    Hope this will help you fix your issue

    Absolutely no need to go into the database. Simply ename or delete the plugin folder by FTP. See Filezilla and FTP Clients « WordPress Codex

    Yessss! thanks guys i was really panicing! I was thinking about deleting the plugin file but was worried it may make the problem irreversible, i just renamed instead.
