    This solution that you tell Dan Bollinger, is very good to temporarily get out of the problem of blocking the Administrator, the Subscriber or the Store Manager, but it does not solve the problem.
    Every time we want to enter, we must do what you explain in the Faq, this is a provisional patch

    It is only for locked out work around. Normally it should never be done.
    If you cannot enter normally that means there are some issues in your setup. You can create a separate support topic and we will look into it.

    What Shamim suggested worked for me and that’s why I marked this as resolved. To fix the issue permanently, I unchecked LOGIN from the list. The issue has not recurred.
