  • Thanks, but how do I even get into the panel to increase the memory allocated to PHP?

I’m not sure, if I understand your latest question. Every webhost would provide a way to access the files. You need to edit the file named “wp-config.php” that could be accessed via FTP, cPanel, Plesk, or whatever the way your webhost has provided to you to access the files.

Thanks, Pothi. I am unsure how to access the cPanel. But i will look into it. The problem is that I did not set up the WordPress account and I am a bit at a loss. So I have a “Severe Learning curve.” (to say the least) I will figure out how to get into the cPanel and take it from there. Thanks!
