Locked out for Login to the admin panel

    Hello,
    I just activated the plugin. after sometime this is the message came

    INSECURE PASSWORD: Your login attempt has been blocked because the password you are using exists on lists of passwords leaked in data breaches. Attackers use such lists to break into sites and install malicious code. Please reset your password to reactivate your account. Learn More

    Now i can not reset the password as , the mail is not set up in the wordpress
    and i lost the pem key pair(amazon AWS) to login to the php my admin and file manager.

    Totally Lost to the website. please help me.

    How to do get into the admin?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the troubles you went through, the first thing you have to do is to access your Amazon instance again following this tutorial or checking other suggestions mentioned on this thread, then you can temporarily disable Wordfence by renaming the plugin directory to something else “for example /wp-content/plugins/wordfence-deactivated”, log in, then change your password.     Hi,

    I have been using using WordPress for over a year now. Tried loggin in today and the same problem occurred. Even a reset password link is not going to my email. HELP ASAP

    When I tried to Log In, the message shown was :
    INSECURE PASSWORD: Your login attempt has been blocked because the password you are using exists on lists of passwords leaked in data breaches. Attackers use such lists to break into sites and install malicious code. Please reset your password to reactivate your account.

    When I tried to Reset the password, the message shown was :
    Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

    After I entered my email and username, the message was :
    The email could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    Same here, WF is causing me trouble by not letting me into my site. I DO get the password link, but even setting a secure password, won’t let me proceed. I have to deactivate the WF plugin in order to login.

    Hello,

    I´m having the same issue that the other users.
    I tried to reset my password so many times and after I do it it says the password is insecure, I tried more than 7 times and I reaaly need to enter and manage the website – it is a ecommerce website.
