Locked out by SKT Condimentum theme

    Hi,
    I have installed the SKT Condimentum theme on my blog and now I’m locked out. I can’t access my Admin Panel and cPanel account won’t connect (so no FileZilla). Can someone help me gain access back?
    The error message:
