Locked out and cant fix it even after following instructions

Hello, I have been building my company’s new website using wordpress and just installed this plug for the ssl compliance. I missed the part that warned me about locking myself out of my dashboard which is what just happened. I went to the FAQ page and followed the instructions, but when I go to my /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/wordpress-https.php it just goes to a blank page. Please Help!!!
