    Hi, I installed the plugin (, activated it, and it locked me out of the site with the following message immediately following network activation: “you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    I saw that another user (LisaH371) posted about having the same problem a week ago. How can this be resolved?

    • Download the latest version of the plugin, clear your cookies and cache from your browser and check if your problem still exists with that version.
    • Search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.
    • Test what’s wrong, disable all your other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twelve or Twenty Eleven for a bit. If the problem persists with the default theme and all other plugins disabled, open a thread, if not, figure out which plugin is the cause of the problem and open a thread mentioning both plugins or theme that is causing the problem.
