Via FTP or your hosting control panel, delete the plugin you just installed from wp-content/plugins.
I cannot get in at all. I’m blocked out
Says connection is not private now
So:
1. What plugin did you add then delete?
2. Please provide a link to your site where we can see this.
Force HTTPS (SSL Redirect & Fix Insecure Content) This is the plugin I was installing
Delete the plugin via FTP
It is a service provided by your hosting provider to access the files hosted on your domain. It may be best to contact your hosting provider directly and ask them to remove the plugin directly or help you with using FTP.
The issue is that your SSL certificate does not match your site.
“This server could not prove that it is http://www.deltaconcertband.ca; its security certificate is from *.hostgator.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.”
Please contact your host.
Thanks for all the recommendations. I ended up getting the SSL certificate put onsite and now I’m back in. But have a problem that existed before with cookies. The site is still showing unsecure but if I removed the cookies then I can’t sign in and also our Secure Page with password is showing as unsecure to all our members and won’t let them sign in. Now what????
What I see is
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.deltaconcertband.ca/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://www.deltaconcertband.ca/wp-content/uploads/titan-framework-mobmenu-css.css?ver=4.9.1'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.deltaconcertband.ca/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://www.deltaconcertband.ca/images/facebook_logo.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

If you have any caching plugins or if your host does caching, clear the cache. Also, use the plugin “better search replace”. Search for http://www.deltaconcertband.ca
and replace with https://www.deltaconcertband.ca
Ok I did as you suggested using better search replace – what should I see change?
It also asks which table the search/replace is for?
