According to the proper instructions, you should have changed the two URL values in Options/General before the move. If you did not, follow this guide:

Thank you very much, unfortunately I don’t even know how to find the login for phpMyAdmin. I’m apparently in way over my head. Is it easy to find?
Depends on your hosting situation. It may be the username and password your provider gave you. If it is not, you may need to contact them.

I believe it is signing me in ok but not able to find the pages because they are looking for a new address that doesn’t match the actual location of the files.
Maybe you could just put them back where they were originally using your ftp client or control panel file manager?
