    Hello,
I am running wordpress under multisite configuration and when I was experimenting I accidentally locked myself out of the aam controls for one site. I have done everything I can do to restore my ability to access aam for that one site but I cannot figure out how.

Can you please give me instructions on how to do this?

    Thanks
    Bill

  • Hi Bill,
If you familiar with PHPMyAdmin you can directly remove all settings related to your admin role and administrator role.
Go to wp_options table and remove all settings that start with aam_role_administrator.
Second step is to go to wp_usermeta and remove all settings related to your admin role ID and with prefix aam_.

If you want to start from scratch, you can remove all settings with prefix aam_ from wp_usermeta, wp_options, wp_postmeta.

    Regards,
    Vasyl
