I tried installing this and when it was activated I could no longer access any admin functions. I have a multi-site installation, just upgraded to the latest version. On one of the sites there was a link in the top bar for statistics so the frontend was ok and the link was ok. But I got the message that I could not access that page.

Since I lost all admin access I had to rename the plugin directory to get back to my site.

    hello,
thank you for using our plugins,
I just try the plugin with two new websites and it was working very fine!
I think you have a conflict with another plugin you own! please try deactivating the plugins and keep only the visitor traffic plugin to check

thank you for letting me know

    Hello @iwadmin,
    Any update dear?

Same here, I just installed the plug in and Poof! I’m locked out!

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Help!!!

If I rename my plugin directory, as suggested above, how do I remove the Visitor Traffic Real Time Statistics plug-in? Won’t there be residual code injected into each page?

    hello @daboo2u2
thank you for using our plugin,
are you sure you have the admin permission? please try removing the plugin and install a fresh copy using the administrator account and let us know

are you sure you have the admin permission?

Yes, sure. 100%. Who else would have admin permissions?

please try removing the plugin and install a fresh copy using the administrator account

And how do I do that if I can’t login? I’m more than happy to remove the plugin but I will not ever reinstall a fresh copy. I need to know how to remove it and also remove all traces that may have been injected into each page.

    hello @daboo2u2
you can remove it by going to your cpanel > file manager > public_html > wp_content > plugins and just rename the folder visitor-traffic..

    Please read this article
    https://www.webhostface.com/kb/knowledgebase/disable-wordpress-plugins-cpanel/

Yeah, thanks for nothing. I did it your way and now I have this crap polluting my front page.

    <script type='text/javascript' src='https://speekeezy.ca/wp-content/plugins/visitors-traffic-real-time-statistics/js/front.js?ver=5.6.2' id='ahc_front_js-js'></script>

Did you even read my messages? Anyway, its a small price to pay for getting rid of your crap software.

Are you sure dear? I just visit your site and don’t see any codes!
Please clean your site cache dear and let us know, we are trying to help you

Also, I review the site source code and don’t find our plugin, So if you still have the same issue and unable to access your site, then you need to check all active plugins!

    thank you
