Locked Content Bloom Issue

    Hello, i have spent hours and can not work out how to lock a free media download with bloom as when i wrap around the purchase button which works standalone! the screen just shows the code and not the download button, i have tried with image and that works! please see below what code i added to text within divi builder on home page:

    [purchase_link id=”770″ text=”Purchase” style=”button” color=”white”]

    [/et_bloom_locked]

    Whtever [et_bloom_locked] is apparently doesn’t support shortcodes inside it. This is something plugins need to specifically allow and this one hasn’t. I suggest asking the theme/plugin author for help.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    thank you i took your advice and have found many posts with my issue. Very disappointing why its not more clear. Thanks for your reply
