Lock the reservation on the same day after a certain time

    Hi, is there any way to lock the reservation after certain of time in the same day? Like, the opening hours is from 12am – 10:30 pm. The owner wants the same day reservation to be turned off after 3pm, because the service is busy then and can’t check the reservation of the same day. Is there any way to set up this? Thank you for your help, as always.

    Hi @kainz2307,

    Yes, you can do that from Webba Dashboard > Calendar > Schedule Tools > Manual Lock/Unlock [screenshot]. Simply lock your preferred time slot, and it will no longer appear in the available calendar slots.

    Hi, I already checked the feature you mentioned. Is it right that we have to manual lock the time slot every time? Because I’m looking for a solution that automatically lock the time slot after a certain time every day.

    Hi @kainz2307,

    Yes, you can do that as well. Simply add a preparation time under the individual Services settings [screenshot]. This will automatically lock a certain time each day, ensuring proper gaps between bookings.
