 *  I think you’re using our [acadp_search_form] shortcode. Am I correct?
 *  Sublocations are displayed in separate select only in our “vertical” layout.
   But, you must be using the default “inline” layout. There is a shortcode attribute
   to display the search form vertically.
 *  Kindly use **[acadp_search_form style=vertical]** shortcode on your page and
   check.
