Location of RSS feed

I have a blog for a client that has always been in the root directory of the domain. We are wanting to move the blog to be a sub folder so that we can use the root directory as a homepage. Is there a way to leave the feed url in the root (i.e. domain.com/?feed) but have the blog reside at domain.com/blog/ ?

Any suggestions or ideas would be welcomed. Thanks!!
