  • Go into wp-admin and start to edit any page. Now look at the URL In the URL bar at the top. You should see “post=12345”. Change that to “post=905” without messing with anything else. Hit “Return”.

Do you mean in the browsers url bar? That is the only place I see the URL you mention. When I change that by deleting everything BUT “post=905”, it takes me to my lists of POSTS (not static pages).

I’m thinking you mean to change something in the CODE itself, not just the address bar. But I see no such location.

    Thanks again.

    No. Just change the number.

When I do this, it just brings me to the ADMIN page on which I have the POSTS (not PAGES). Again, I am just typing a new URL into the BROWSER, nothing within WP.

    Thanks again.

On that page there is this code in the text box.

    [table id=2 /]

There is a tab titled “Table” in the editing box above the box where you write code and text, and when I click on it it opens a new smaller box with the text I want to work with. But I can’t seem to find where you EDIT this text. I did originally MAKE this table, but can’t remember where it is located. Thanks.
