# Location Not Found (sometimes)

 * Hi,
    I’m trying to run some tests on this plugin before broadcasting the pages
   to our subscribers (so that they can submit their own events). I entered one 
   event (the HubSpot Cambridge event), and had no problem with the location showing
   up on the map. However, every subsequent event (see [https://worldusabilityday.org/events/test-wud-user-submitted/](https://worldusabilityday.org/events/test-wud-user-submitted/))
   I have tried to create shows as “location not found”. I’ve tried this with multiple
   addresses, to no avail.
 * I’ve gone through the API documentation as best I can (it’s outdated), and as
   far as I can tell I’ve enabled everything appropriately. Any insight would be
   appreciated.

 * Have properly checked that you have inputted the API on: Events > Settings > 
   Formatting > Maps. GMaps also needs users to input a Billing Info on their API.(

 * I definitely have. My theme also requires the API key for Google Maps, and I’m
   using that without a problem. I don’t really understand the billing component—
   why is it pulling in the one address onto the map, but not any others? Are those
   actually related?

 * When you Encounter the location not found, Does the Console returns an error?(
   If you’re using chrome Press F12 and go to console Tab.)

 * Appears to be resolved as of today, not sure why. Happy it’s working though, 
   thanks for your input!
