Location Based Shipping Fee calculation Issue

Hi WP Marketplace Team,

We are using WP marketplace plug-in on a site (working on test server ) http://techpeak.net/staging/artistspotter/wp-admin/ and facing problem on multiple shipping options i.e. we wanted to implement shipping calculation system from seller to buyers for different shipping addresses globally and calculate the rates depending on their area. I can see the feature is mentioned on the Plugin doc on the site “Multiple shipping option (extendable)” we could not find anything in the back end code.

Please assist as soon as you can as we wanted to put the site live after it.
