are you getting any error when you submit the event? Or it’s just reloading without any error or notification ?

When you go to create the event…you name it, then you select a location right? I am able to select the location and I an see the map appearing after I select the location but then when I go to click update the address and map disappears.
just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:
– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
