My apologies for the delay, I’ve not received the notification of your ticket.
In reality the issue should be related with the way are maneged the languages in your website, there are some plugins that create completely new copies of the original products for the different languages, and load the corresponding product depending on the language selected in the website, but as they are completely new products, the player are not enabled on them.
Please, go to the products in the different languages, and tick the checkbox for enabling the music player.
