Localisation problem

I did implement your beautiful plugin into a german website. Here is the problem. If I hoover over the icons a popup is shown displaying the german translations for e.g. “like” or “tweet” which are “gefällt mir” and “twittern”. This words are cropped and the small boxes are open to one side, so it looks pretty bad in german. Is there a solution to this?
