    @juergen01

Sad situation, I thought for a purchase price of $ 40 a response would have been possible . I have uninstalled the plugin and I am an experience richer and poorer with the purchase price now.

    Regards,

    Juergen

    Hi Juergen
Sorry for the delay. I’m not sure how your support question got overlooked. I will process your refund immediately.

    Sorry again.

    Kind regards

For future reference and for anyone else, please review the following to change the language:

    Translating the plugin

    Dear Plugin author,

this works for the directions list (e. g. 1. turn left etc.). However, this does NOT work for the options and the heading “Get Directions”???

From my point of view, this is not compliant with the WP translation guidelines. Also a post of mine asking the same thing is not even approved in your support forum (sorry, but if you have a support forum the need to approve every post is a REALLY STUPID idea. That’s a very bad kind of support). I wonder if you could solve this.

    Dear Inservo
Have you perhaps added that to the .PO file for translation? We’re reviewing all language strings for the next version so that they all appear in the .PO file.

The fact that we have to approve every support question on our forum is as a result of being bombarded with spam in the past. We are busy looking into a better ticketing system for the near future.

    Kind regards
    Nick

    Dear Nick,

thanks for your response and sorry for the delay in mine… I have adjusted the .mo / .po files through a plugin called “CodeStyling Localization”. What it does is that it reads all available files and lets you create new .mo / .po files through the backend of WP.

Within this tool I have looked it up so the answer to your question is “yes”.

However, the “Get Directions” (amongst others) is not in there. Can you give me a hint if and where I need to change that within the php files of the plugin itself?

It would also be great if you could post an announcement to this particular thread here once the update you mentioned in your last message is done and all strings appear in the .po file. Until then I would tend to not update the plugin.

Looking forward to your kind response. Thanks!
    Phil
