    it’s possible to translate the string in italian **“Notify me by email when
   my comments gets approved.”?** and set the radio button after submit button? 
   I read the support but there is nothing helpful for me thanks Paolo

 * WordPress currently hasn’t got a filter for sorting the custom fields added to
   comment forms.
 * In the latests release there is a .pot file, which you can use to create a custom
   translation with a tool like POEdit.
