localhost works but not live site

Hi all,
I was able to get wordpress up and running on my server. Unfortunately, the live site does not appear to be functioning since the CSS is not being read and when attempting to login from index.php, instead of going to the main url, the page is instead directed to http://localhost/wp-login.php, where the page cannot be found.
My wp-config.php file lists ‘localhost’ as the host. Should this be changed to say ‘www.domain.com’? Where is the siteurl set?
