Localhost installation 4.3 update – admin radio buttons

Since upgrading to 4.3 every admin list row now has a non functional radio button on it, on the left under the text. I would like to make them go away!

The localhost installation is identical (or as near as possible) to the live site, which is not suffering the same problem.
