Local Pickup Shows Shipping Address. How to change that label?

    When I choose “local pickup”, it shows billing address, and shipping address.

    I don’t want it to show “shipping address” label when the user choose “local pickup”. How do I change the label to let say “Collection Point”? And Shouldn’t the “Collection Point/shipping” address be uneditable when a user choose local pickup?

    Right now, I am using 2 methods, local delivery & local pickup for your info. I have no issues with local delivery.
