Local pickup – base local override

    Hello,

    I posted this question in a forum and it was recommended that I ask you instead.

    I am currently developing a site using word press/ woo commerce. My problem is I am a web based store only operating out of the state of VA. My pick up locations are in GA, CA, and KY. When I set up the local pick up option taxes are being added to those orders because by default, the system is using my base location of VA. I currently have no pick up locations in VA and do not want to charge taxes for customers outside of the state. Is there an override for this?
